We provide local delivery only to the following areas:

  • Argyle
  • Bartonville
  • Colleyville
  • Copper Canyon
  • Double Oak
  • Flower Mound
  • Grapevine
  • Highland Village
  • Keller
  • Lantana
  • Lewisville
  • Northlake
  • Trophy Club
  • Westlake
  • Corinth
  • Lake Dallas

Deliveries will not be shipped outside these service areas.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Items are delivered to the location specified in the order notes (e.g., front door, side gate).

Delays Disclaimer: While we strive to meet delivery commitments, external factors such as weather or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Confirmation Process:

  • We take a photo of the delivered item at the drop-off location.
  • The photo will include the date, time, GPS location, and our logo for verification.
  • This photo is sent to the customer as confirmation of delivery.
  • Once the delivery confirmation is sent, the order is considered delivered.

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery and Free Water test is available for orders exceeding $75.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept exchanges for items where the customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • Non-exchangeable items include pool chemicals, clearance items, and custom orders.

Damages or Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at 972-829-8485 or via email at info@poolcarespecialists.com to resolve the issue.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to your specified location.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Pool Care Specialists.
